Barbados are probably not regarding this as an official test. BVI probably will but the result will not go towards IRB rankings.

Incidentally the 2010 NACRA men's championship, due to be held in Barbados, has been postponed to 2011 pending a change to the tournament format, which has to be approved by the IRB.
