CONSUR C

For the first time another level of international competition has arrived for Latin America. There has been a division B since 2000 in which Costa Rica has entered twice. With the growth of rugby in Latin America it has now been possible to add three more nations to the competition. Guatemala (hosts), Ecuador and El Salvador join Costa Rica to make up CONSUR C.

These two teams have never met before in a 15’s test. So it’s a first ever test match for El Salvador.
